Shipping policy

Subject to stock availability, manufacturing and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-10 working days(depending on volume of orders) and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

The Courier Guy is our preferred courier. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Free Delivery on orders over R1000.

The Courier Guy delivery all over the country, certain areas known as the 'grey zones' might take longer as they only delivery once a week.

'Arrange Own Courier' we will notify you once the parcel is ready to be collected.

The Courier Provider will supply all goods to the delivery/courier company in good order. Most parcels are insured up to R1000 and for the higher value parcels insurance is available at 2% of the value over R1000. The delivery/courier services is outsourced and its the clients responsibility to track their parcels from the courier on the details/tracking number that the Provider gave them.

Please note any returns (if agreed to), will be at the User's/Consumers cost for the courier to return products/non edible products only(if agreed to).

Returned Products will need to be sent to, 34 Queen Street, Cambridge Square, Cambridge, East London, 5206 as well as following up with an email kandykraftinfo@gmail.com and providing a tracking number.

When your order is ready we will notify you, for collection from the Store Location

Bring your confirmation email as proof when you come to collect your order in Store.

Outside Parking Pickup, please provide us with the following information in email: Car Model, Colour & registation No

Phone us 071 785 6932 to let us know that you are outside the store, we will come to your car to hand over your order
