PAYMENTS

Online Payments are made via Payfast or Electronic bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.

We reserve the right to verify that your payment has fully cleared into our account before releasing/dispatching goods

Please make sure your order at check out is correct, including products and quantity. 

When requesting to cancelling your order or to be refunded before the order is shipped, there will be a 10% admin fee. Cancelling this process needs to be done within 24hours of placing the order.

Fastway Couriers is our preferred courier. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Free Delivery on orders over R500.

Fastway Couriers delivery all over the country, certain areas known as the 'grey zones' might take longer as they only delivery once a week.

Once the order is shipped, you may not cancel or request a refund, the responsibility will be on you as the User.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kandy Kraft reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from these sections or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become immediate effective upon such changes being posted to this Website(www.kandykraft.co.za). It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates
