PAYMENTS

Online Payments are made via Payfast or Electronic bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.

We reserve the right to verify that your payment has fully cleared into our account before releasing/dispatching goods

Please make sure your order at check out is correct, including products and quantity. 

When requesting to cancelling your order or to be refunded before the order is shipped, there will be a 10% admin fee. Cancelling this process needs to be done within 24hours of placing the order.

COURIER

The Courier Guy is our preferred courier. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Free Delivery on orders over R1000.

Our Standard Shipping Cost is R120 for orders under R1000.

The Courier Guy delivery all over the country, certain areas known as the 'grey zones' might take longer as they only delivery once a week.

There is a possibility of an extra charge as a high risk surcharge by The Courier Guy, we will only know if your address falls in the area once we book your parcel.

If you would like to learn more information about the high risk surcharge please click on 'Shipping Policy' on top of the screen by the navigation bar.

Kandy Kraft will contact you when booking if your address does fall in a high risk area, Kandy Kraft will only know after your order has been manufactured and packaged, when booking your parcel if it falls in a high risk area. Unfortunately you are not able to cancel your order due to the surcharges. 

Overnight Shipping / Delivery - Kandy Kraft does not offer this service as the different couriers in East London are unable to deliver the following day.

Once the order is shipped, you may not cancel or request a refund, the responsibility will be on you as the User.

Arrange Own Courier

Kandy Kraft will notify you once the parcel is ready to be collected.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

The “Usually ready in 2–4 days” notice displayed on our website refers to the preparation and production of your edible cake decorations for store collection only.

For orders requiring courier delivery, please allow:

- Production: 2–4 working days.
- Courier delivery: An additional estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please remember that courier delivery is a separate process and is not included in our production timeframe.

While we do our best to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, courier delivery times are estimates and are beyond our control once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for both production and delivery when placing your order, particularly when ordering for a special occasion.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kandy Kraft reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from these sections or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become immediate effective upon such changes being posted to this Website(www.kandykraft.co.za). It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates
