When placing an order with the custom prints, please email your PDF, image/s and Order Number to kandykraftprints@gmail.com once you have processed your payment
Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be completed.
The Mini Cupcake and Cupcake Toppers are printed on a thicker topper base to avoid breakage. These toppers are dried out and ready to use.

The Bento Size and Assorted Size Cake Topper Prints are dried out slightly to make it easy to handle. These toppers are not printed on a thick base. They are cut out and ready to use on your cakes.
Please note when ordering Cupcake 6's Toppers or Mini Cupcakes 8's Toppers, only ONE image/design is used per set.
When sending us the image or images please make sure your image is square or round for the toppers, as rectangle images can't be converted into a round image.
A4 Icing Fondant Sheet - Please send as PDF Format
Make sure the page size within the PDF is 21cm x 27.7cm
Make sure your designs or images within your PDF are the correct size
Allow 24 hours for your sheet to be printed, but if you require it sooner..
Place your order before 2pm for the following morning collection - please state in your email when you will be collecting and time.
This option is only for pick up at the store, not delivery or courier.
When you email with your order number please add the date and time when you will be collecting

Payment needs to be made to secure your order or else we will not be able to print.
When ordering the A4 Icing Fondant Sheet and other edible cake decorations the other edible decorations will not be ready as it will take the following days to complete.
